www.spug.org
The Web site of the Singapore Palm User Group, I check this site out
regularly for the constantly updated Palm-related news and its
high-traffic forums. Of particular interest to the local Palm user would
be the local Palm e-texts available for download, ranging from a bus
guide to Electronic Road Pricing rates. All these e-texts are
contributed by members of the local Palm community.

Run by a group of dedicated "Spuggies", the services of SPUG run beyond
maintaining the Web site. Among the activities they have organised are
informal "beaming" sessions to let members "beam" one another their
latest Palm applications, and upgrade sessions where for S$100, you
could get even your old Palm III upgraded to 8Mb.

And best of all membership to SPUG is free.

www.webmonkey.com
A site for Web developers or people who would just like to know the
technical details behind the Web sites, Webmonkey has great articles and
tips about the latest in Web developing.

If you're into details, their "How-to Library" has many grisly technical
bits divided neatly into sections like "authoring", "design" and
"programming" (the grisliest of them all). There's even a "Webmonkey for
Kids" section but careful with that for that just might get your kid
interested in the whole Web thing and lead to the birth of another
"script kiddie" (literally) writing a ilovewebmonkey.vbs script.
